Welcome

Come walk through the historic villages of Bundeena and Maianbar in the Royal National Park just south of Sydney. Learn about their natural and cultural history. We'll tell you about volcanos, the first peoples in Australia and how they used the land, the first European settlers and about what you can see today.

This Walk is a Yarmouth Historical Society Project. It has its seed funding from the Commonwealth Federation Fund and is sponsored by the National Parks and Wildlife Service and Sutherland Shire Council. These organisations own the lands the Walk traverses.

Organisations and individuals also support the Walk, either through provision of funds or through volunteer efforts.

If you would like to become involved email Shirley Colella (Click on the name to email)
